Description

RALDESY contains trazodone hydrochloride, a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor and 5HT2 receptor antagonist. Trazodone hydrochloride is a triazolopyridine derivative designated as 2-[3-[4-(3-chlorophenyl)-1- piperazinyl]propyl]-1,2,4-triazolo [4,3-a]pyridin-3(2 H )-one hydrochloride. It is a white odorless crystalline powder which is freely soluble in water. The structural formula is represented as follows: Molecular Formula: C 19 H 22 CIN 5 O

Oral Solution: Each mL contains 10 mg of Trazodone Hydrochloride, USP equivalent to 9.1 mg of trazodone base.

The following inactive ingredients: disodium edetate, glycerin, ortho phosphoric acid, propyl gallate, propylene glycol, purified water, sodium benzoate,sorbitol, and sucralose. The pH of the oral solution is 3.8 to 4.8. "Image Description"
